NLU has released CLAT Seat Allotment 2021 result for Round 3 on August 13, 2021. Candidates can check their seat allotment result online on the official website. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in round 3 counselling need to accept their seats latest by 5 PM on August 14.Previously CLAT 2021 Seat allotment was released for round 1 and round 2. Participating NLUs in CLAT 2021 reserve the right to change the total number of seats and break-up of seats as per their policy before the final allotment/admission. Seats are allotted on the basis of the choices made by candidates and are at par their merit rank given by the counseling committee.
CLAT 2021 Seat Matrix
All the NLUs segregate the seats as per candidate’s category. A total number of seats offered is around 2175. The distribution of seats is done considering the following category of seats:
- Number of All India Seats for the undergraduate programme in NLUs is 1308.
- The total number of seats offered to candidates of the state where NLU is located is 621.
- The number of Special Category seats available is 235.
UG Syllabus & Guide
The UG-CLAT 2021 shall be a 2-hour test, with 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. These questions would be divided across the following 5 subjects:
- English Language
- Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
- Legal Reasoning
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative Techniques
Salary after Graduationstudents participating in NLU placements are offered annual salary packages ranging Approx. from Rs 5-15 lakh, depending on the level of educational qualification and skills.
